Run this command to show the contents of that folder. ls -l /Library/Security \| grep PolicyBanner If neither PolicyBanner.rtf nor PolicyBanner.rtfd exists, this is a finding. The text of the document should read "You are accessing a U.S. Government (USG) Information System (IS) that is provided for USG -authorized use only.
